Day 1

• Upon your arrival at the airport in Rome you will meet our assistant.
• Guided Orientation tour of the Eternal City

• After breakfast, visit the magnificent Basilica of St. Paul outside the walls, the Cathedral of St. John Lateran and the Basilica of St. Mary Major.
• Balance of the day at leisure.
• Dinner and overnight.

Day 3

• After breakfast, depart for a full day excursion to Assisi, where you will see the Basilica of Saint Francis.
• Wonderful church with Giotto's frescos about St. Francis' life.
• Return to Rome in your comfortable motor coach for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

• After breakfast, you will begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to the Vatican Museums, where you will be able to admire wonderful works by artists such as Giotto, Raphael, Da Vinci, and Caravaggio.
• Balance of the day at leisure.
• Dinner and overnight.

Day 5

• In the morning, you will a guided tour of the "Romantic Rome", with a visit 3to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps.
• The Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
• At noon possibility to attend the Papal Blessing on St. Peter's Square with the Holy Father, Pope Benedict XVI.
• Dinner and overnight.

• In the morning, guided tour "Ancient Rome": the ancient Roman Forum, the Arch of Constantine, and the Coliseum (from outside).
• Lunch at the hotel.
• Optional farewell dinner in the typical quarter of Rome "Trastevere"

• After breakfast, time at leisure till the transfer to the airport for your return flight.
